You know that old adage, “when it rains, it pours”? It’s a cliché for a reason, and could not be more true for me lately.

Knock on wood.

…It is Friday the 13th, after all, and I’ll be damned if I jinx my own good luck.

I definitely love to keep busy…but is it just me, or is having a busy schedule when literally every friend and family member needs to get your attention? I periodically turn my phone off while I’m working anyways, but this week, it’s been off and on the other side of the room. I need to focus! Can’t y’all just leave me alone for a bit?

On top of that, I’ve been dealing with some harsh writers’ block…and thank God I’m forcing myself out of it. I’ve gotta jet (again), but I just wanted to check in! Be on the lookout for some new content in the next few days, including my solution to eliminating writers’ block.
